You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Site material except as follows:

Placing Orders

Product shipments – We will arrange shipment of ordered products according to the delivery timelines specified during the checkout process. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Sales tax collection – If you purchase tangible products, sales tax will be added to the final purchase price (for orders shipped to jurisdictions subject to tax).

You must monitor your order status by logging into your account. Please contact us immediately with any shipping or delivery issues. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate shipping or payment information you provide.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in new, unused condition with original tags/packaging.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged/defective item(s).

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds are made to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.

We may refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements. Please review our full Returns Policy before placing an order.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (each, a “Claim”), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United Kingdom or the courts of England and Wales. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

Arbitration Provision

At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any Claims arising from or relating to these Terms, including the validity, enforceability or scope of this arbitration provision, to final and binding arbitration under the LCIA Arbitration Rules applying English law.

The arbitration shall be held in London, England before a single arbitrator appointed by the LCIA, and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Claims shall be arbitrated on an individual basis only – class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us related to any Claim.

You may choose to opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days after first becoming subject to this arbitration provision. For any opt-out requests received after the 30-day cutoff, this arbitration clause shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

The Terms are effective until terminated by either party. Real Littles® may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of any provision of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive the termination.
